Terms of Service
This website is owned and run by One Fit Hire. One Fit Hire allows users to access all the
information, tools, and services, and website provided that users accept the policies and
terms of conditions stated on here. Throughout the websites, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer
to One Fit Hire.
By visiting or using any part of our website or services, you are agreeing to our Terms of Service. If you do not agree with parts of our Terms and Conditions, then you may not access or engage in any part of our website or services.
One Fit Hire reserve the right to change or update any part of our Terms and Conditions on our website. It is up to the user to check this page for any changes in the Terms of Service. However, the most updated version of the Terms and Conditions will always be on our website. Your continued access and use of the website following changes, means that you are in agreement with these updated services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, copy, resell or exploit any part of our Terms of Service, use of Service, and/or any part of our website unless written permission is explicitly given.
We are not responsible if the information made available on this site is not accurate,complete or
current. The content on this site is made for general information only.
Upon sending media such as photos or videos to One Fit Hire we may use them for marketing and/or social media purposes. If you agree for us at the time to use these properties- we have the authority to post them on our social media until otherwise told so by the owner/person(s) in the media.
Pricing and changes
We reserve the right to change the prices of our products without notice. We also reserve the right to alter or discontinue services or garment(s) at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any changes in price, or discontinuity of any service or garment(s)
Prices do not include any damage that may happen upon the hire while in your service (e.g damage or major stains, rips etc). Upon return, if we find that the garment has any damage to it, One Fit Hire will email you an invoice to cover the specified cost. By engaging in our services, and by reading this you adhere to this term. You are expected to return the garment via the tracked return bag or by picking up (only if specified) within the next 3 working days after you have finished using it e.g. if you hire it for the Thursday we will have expected that you have sent it by Tuesday at the latest.
Certain garments or services may only be available or offered through our website. These products or services may be limited, and are subject to return or exchange according to our Return Policy. We endeavour to try and display the garment in its truest form so that the website showcases the colours accurately. However, it is not a guarantee that your monitor or device will showcase its true colour.
Account and billing information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order, in our own discretion. This may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing/shipping account. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting you via email and/or the number provided in the billing account when the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our view, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
By engaging in business with us you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions.
IMPORTANT: If your account and billing information is not up to date, we hold no responsibility for any errors that go wrong with the shipping and/or billing process.
Late fee policy
As per our Rental Agreement which you can find on our website, there is a late fee policy. If you don't return our garment(s) by the due date, whether you have extended it OR not, you will be charged $20.00 a day until it is returned. If it is not returned within 7 days of the return date, you give One Fit Hire the permission to charge you 110% of the garment RRP price at the time we brought it. This will be taken from either the credit card details you have given us otherwise we have the right to have it collected from the debt collectors.
If you are wanting to return something because it is; in the wrong size, colour or is faulty and it is not in your wrong doing then you are to return the item(s) back in the bag you have been given within the first 24 hours of receiving your item(s) so we are able to give you the correct one. If in fact we were wrong in our doing you are entitled to a store credit or you are able to get the correct item(s) (time permitting). If however, you have ordered the wrong size, you are able to swap it (time permitting) and get the correct item(s) free of charge as long as it's in the first 24 hours. If the costs differ we will give you store credit or you are obliged to pay the extra cost.
Care and use
When our garment(s) are in your use, you are to not wash or dry clean or fix any; stains, tears, rips or marks as we do this ourselves. If you return an item that has been tampered with, we will charge a fee depending on the damage as this is a case by case situation.
We do Try ons as long as you live in Auckland and have emailed us prior to organise a time.Try Ons have a charge of $10 to secure your appointment. Payment will not be refunded, however it will come off your hire price if you find something you like. Garment may only be taken that day if it is available otherwise postage or pick up will be required closer to the date of your event.
Third Party sites
You may be directed to third-party sites on our website. We have no control over these third-party sites, nor can we monitor them or have any input in them.
There may be information on our site that might have typographical errors, inaccuracies or oversights in our product descriptions, pricing, shipping charges, promotions and/or offers, delivery times. If so, we reserve the right to correct any mistakes, as well as changing or updating information without prior notice (as well as after you have placed an order.)
We are under no responsibility to update, correct or clarify any information in the Service or our website and pricing info, except as required by law. No stated updates or refresh date applied in the Service or on any of our websites are to be taken as an indication that all information on our website (or anything related) and in our service has been changed or updated.
When we ship your item(s) to you, we do not hold any responsibility if; there is any damage to the garment or the garment is late due to the courier as it is out of our control. We endeavour to send your garment(s) to you in plenty of time to prevent this from happening.
You will be provided with a return bag in which you will put your garment into and send back to us WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS AFTER USE. We use New Zealand Post as a courier service and all tracking numbers will be sent when they are shipped so you are able to track your order.
If you select the pick up option (Auckland customers only) you are obliged to return the dress yourself to One Fit Hire within the rental period time of three business days. One Fit Hire is in no way responsible for picking garments up.
You are banned from using our website or any of its content to violate any international, provincial, federal, or state regulations, laws, or local orders. As well as that, you may not use our website or content for the following
1.) To discriminate, harass, slander, defame, intimidate others based on religion, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin;
2.) For any immoral or unlawful purpose, or solicit others to perform participate in illegal acts. 3.) To collect and use personal information of others. We reserve the right to terminate your use of our service if you violate any of our Terms and Conditions.
Disclaimers and Warranties
We reserve the right to discontinue our service, cancel services, or remove particular services without notice. Therefore, you agree that your use or inability to use our service is at your own risk.
Adjustments made to our Terms and Conditions can be viewed here. The latest and most updated version can be viewed on our website. We reserve the right to add or remove any parts of these Terms of Service, and it is your responsibility to check One Fit Hire website for any changes. Continuing to use our website means that you explicitly agree to the updated Terms and Conditions.
