Sending your garment back

To ship your item(s) to you we use:

• r3pack
• New Zealand Post (specifically Courier Post)

When you order your garment, it will be packaged in a r3pack bag ready for courier as per the image

Inside the courier bag with your garment will be a return packing slip in which you use to return the dress

Follow the steps below to return your garment and make sure to do so correctly:

1. Flip the bag you received your garment in, inside out
2. Stick the postal return label on the outside of the bag
3. Place on your doorstep for pick up the next working day or take it to your nearest post shop

You have just recycled a compostable bag and helped the environment that little bit more!
